Order Terms

Additional shipping charges apply for orders outside the contiguous US- Alaska & Hawaii. These charges will not be displayed at time of checkout, but will be added to the final invoice when the items are shipped and billed. We no longer ship to Canada.

Manufacturer Minimum Orders: Woodford requires a $25 minimum, pre-freight for shipment. T&S Brass requires $90 minimum. Encore/Component Hardware Group has a $150 order minimum. Otherwise, there is not a minimum order requirement.

Standard delivery on instock items is 4-6 business days, excluding holidays within the contiguous United States. Delivery times for out of stock items and backorders vary depending on the manufacturer. Expodited shipping is available, but on request only and at the purchaser's expense.

Small Parcel Items qualify for our flat rate $8.50 shipping policy. Orders under $100 are flat rate* $8.50 shipping, and qualifiying* orders over $100 ship free.

*Items that are marked as special order or require a pallet to be shipped are not considered a part of the free freight allowed program. Additional shipping charges apply for these orders. Additional shipping charges apply to all Drains and Interceptors.
